Job Standards

  1. Primary Objectives
  • Prospect for leads and convert to appointments
  • If earned, this position could grow into the Buyers or Listing Specialist role which includes:
    • Obtaining buyer broker or listing agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses
    • Select homes that meet clients’ needs, identifying homes that best meet those needs, refining needs, and closing to contract offers
    • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close
    • Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for all buyers or sellers
    • Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues
  1. Regular Work Activities
  • Daily prospecting and lead follow-up
    • Setting initial consultation appointment with potential clients
    • Become an expert on the evolving Phoenix real estate market, accurately present Momentum Real Estate Group’s value proposition to prospective clients and handle/overcome objections
    • Maintain rigorous prospecting for new business and follow up from previous communication
    • Conduct market analysis to help establish property values for potential buyers and sellers
    • Qualify potential customers for appointments with agents to convey motivation, competition and financial specifics
    • Track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management and expect regular accountability meetings with direct manager and company owner

  • As earned, this role will evolve into a more advanced position on the team (showing specialist, buyer specialist, listing specialist, business development specialist, etc.)
